Broken facilities, bad odors, and poor customer service. Positive: Location Negative: Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The apartment was poorly maintained, with several items broken or not functioning properly. The cupboard was damaged, the fridge was leaking water, the bathroom door would not close properly, and the closet had an unpleasant smell. The entire apartment also had old furniture, which made our stay uncomfortable. When we raised these issues and requested either a move to another apartment or a partial refund, the host was neither helpful nor accommodating. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she was dismissive and difficult to deal with. Overall, the condition of the property did not match our expectations, and the customer service made the experience even more frustrating.
